Sean "the MadPiper" VanAssen is notoriously known for being able to play the bagpipes. He gets his endurance from racing District 6 Hare Scrambles. He turned Pro in 2014. Sean is a consistent Top 10 Finisher in the Pro Sport class. His first AMA Pro Hillclimb podium finish was in front of his hometown crowd at the Bushkill Valley Motorcycle Club-where is currently a member. This season Sean is showing his dedication to the sport by taking the season off to help promote and grow the AMA Pro Hillclimb Series. However we look for Sean to be back to the racing action in both the Pro Sport and the Extreme Class in 2019. Van Assen wants to thank CJ, his Mom and Dad, bother, his wife and crew.
