Made three GNC1 Mains before suffering an injury midway through the season. Raced for Parkinson Brothers Racing/Kawasaki.
2014 Johonson was as good as anyone in the sport when he was on, as evidenced by his class-leading four victories and seven total podiums, which helped him earn the overall GNC2 championship. But his title didn’t come without drama. Johnson finished 14th or worse on four occasions, and suffered a hand injury at Peoria. He missed the Springfield Mile, a non-points events for the singles, but returned in time to win the championship by a single point.
2013
Johnson finished fifth in the final AMA GNC2 point standings in his first year as a professional Earned season-opening victory at DAYTONA Flat Track. Also recorded four podiums on the season.
